Connections

What it connects to

An answering service that cannot reach your systems is just a more expensive voicemail. These are the connections that turn an answered call into work already sitting in the right place.

Each page below says what the connection actually does and, more usefully, where it stops. Some read your real diary and book into it. One only receives enquiries and cannot book at all. Knowing which is which before you sign up matters more than the length of the list.

Job systems, calendars and accounts

Fergus

Job management for trades

An AI receptionist for tradies on Fergus. It answers, works out whether the call is an emergency or a quote, gets the site address, and writes the enquiry into Fergus while you are still on the tools.

Tradify

Job management for trades

An AI receptionist for Tradify users. Every call it answers arrives in your Tradify Enquiries inbox with the caller’s name, number and what they need. Honest about what the Tradify connection can and cannot do.

ServiceM8

Trades, New Zealand and Australia

An AI receptionist for ServiceM8. It recognises the caller, looks their job up, lodges the next one with the address on it, and leaves the number painted on your van exactly where it is.

Simpro

Job management for trades

An AI receptionist for Simpro. It recognises the contact ringing from a commercial account, writes the lead in with the customer and site linked, and can raise quote requests and schedule against a technician who is genuinely free.

Xero

Accounting and getting paid

An AI receptionist connected to Xero. It recognises customers from your Xero contacts, answers what they owe on the phone, and can ring the invoices that have gone overdue. Every call noted against the invoice.

Google Calendar

Calendars

An AI receptionist that reads your real Google Calendar before it offers anybody a time, so it only ever suggests a slot you can actually make, and writes the booking back where you already look.

Cliniko

Health and clinics

An AI receptionist for Cliniko clinics. It recognises the patient ringing, offers times your Cliniko diary is really free, and books them in. It is reception, not a clinician, and the line between the two is enforced.

GymMaster

Membership and clubs

An AI receptionist for gyms on GymMaster. It recognises members from the number they ring on, reads class timetables and the spaces still free, and answers the questions that pull staff off the floor.

Not on the list?

More systems connect than are written up here, and new ones are added when enough people ask for the same one. If the software you run is not above, say so when you get in touch and you will get a straight answer about whether it can be reached.
